Bessel III-B in the Bessel System. My suggestion is to always land, build a quick outpost and a bed to sleep in and see what the UT conversion is. For every 1 hour slept in Bessel 3B, it’s nearly 60 UT hours which is 2nd highest in game (I think) to Venus which is an extreme and nasty environment. That makes an immense difference when you want your storages to fill and have max output.

There's a spot on Bessel III-B that you can place an outpost and get Iron, Nickel, Aluminum, and Cobalt. Saw a video about it a while back and tried it, since you can't die from walking encumbered you can make thousands of magnets and frames very quickly to boost your XP and then sell them to build credits.

Some personal tips:

First base: Get something with Helium + Water + Iron + Aluminum
Second base: Get a base with Fauna and flora to farm Adhesive, Sealent + Titanium and Tungsten (You'll probably need a lot of these, specially Titanium, to upgrade your weapons with tier 2 and 3 mods).

Focus on getting like 4 minerals on each base, at least. It's hard to do it, but sometimes that extra resource just pays for itself in the long run.
