Yay, finally a professional that is willing to risk removing henna. Of course having a very cute friend willing to be tested on helps. I have been dying my hair with henna for about 15 years with an Auburn Red color. I am naturally a darker blonde “dirty blonde” plus some grey and I am wanting to go lighter. I have only used natural henna products that do not add metallic salts. I really want to try and remove or at least start lightening the henna but can’t find anyone where I live willing to assist me. Hopefully I can convince someone to watch your clip and be willing to try it with me, or maybe I will get stupid-brave and try something on my own 🌈

I used henna and indigo (the 2 step process for black hair) my hair was bleached blonde before completing the process. Do you think bleach or any color erasure would remove the henna and indigo back to my bleached blonde hair?

Hello. I used Natural Henna Powder on my dark brown hair a couple of days ago. Then I realized I cannot perm over Henna hair which is a bummer. I thought I was strengthening my hair for the Perm. The Henna did not add any color to my hair. So if I use the Joico color remover, how will I know if the Henna has come out? Also will I be able to perm my hair after removing the Henna? How long would you advise that I wait. Thank You 🌹

Hello! Last year I got my hair dyed red professionally, I moved to a new city, couldn’t find someone that could match the color, got frustrated with the influx in pricing in my new city and then just decided to go with henna! I am DYING to have my red back (that’s in my prof pic). I used light mountain red henna! Would this same process work do you think?!

I just came across your henna w/splat removal video.I was amazed this worked>thank you for being so daring!!!.I have henna and want to cover hair with manic panic vampire red or burgundy tone red.I was told for years you cannot remove henna at all, I should not attempt to mix the two. I'm excited I have options to remove years of henna, but the M.P I am still wondering about over henna since I wanna wait on any removal yet.

I used a henna and indigo dye on my hair a few months ago and I now want to bleach it to a pretty high level blonde, but I'm not sure if it'll go horrific colours. I know the henna I used doesn't have any metallic salts but I'm not sure if it'll go bright magenta or orange :(
