We know you're pressed for time, so we asked celeb trainer Ashley Borden to create a quick workout that will help build metabolism-boosting muscle. This workout is only 10 minutes long, but it will get your heart rate up while toning your legs, abs, back, and arms. Grab a set of dumbbells, pull out your exercise mat, and work it!

Do at least 20-30 mins of these a day so watch at least 2 or 3 of these videos and you'll start seeing results in a week! Pair it with some high intensity cardio and you'll be golden! Thats what I did!

just wanna ask how you plan your workouts schedule?? like how many you do per day and week?? i really need help planning it¬¬ i dont hv those equipments though:(( gain weights like monster since sth happened in family so really wanna lose it back and feel fresh btw, congrats for your results :)
