The number one rule that everyone needs to remember when it comes to search and seizures is that if an officer ASKS for permission that means they don't have authority. If they had the legal right they don't ask.

"You'd rather have a warrant?"
"Do you mean, would I rather YOU went through the PROPER LEGAL CHANNELS to bother me on my property?! Um... YES!!!"

What amazes me is how many times she asked them to leave her property and they did not. That is a real problem.

"I do not consent to any searches" and "I do not answer questions" are two phrases that are your best friends and _always_ film the police.

These people are bullies. I get so stoked when I see someone standing up for the rights. Love your channel.

What other job can you lie and show disdain for the people that you serve, and still have your job? Cops. Earning the hate. One person at a time. Thank you for all you do. We need more like you. Know your rights and always record all law enforcement encounters. Peace! ✌

The cop was a piece of work. Dark shades, his body language, his demeanor, he was trying to intimidate her, and it shows that he is used to doing it.

You would think when you say "leave my property since you don't have a warrant" cops would leave. They stay, and stay showing their disdain. So you know they are up to something, or waiting to charge you with something.

This kid eventually ended up getting a lawsuit filed against these police officers these cops later on we’re caught a body camera conspiring against his father and the young man good for him I hope he has the resources and the time to become an attorney we need more people with balls like this

Another thing, they know a judge isn't going to grant a search warrant with the insufficient evidence they have. Yet they threaten her with it.

I completely agree that taping something to the door or a mailing it and then claiming that there is a short time span like 48 hours to come in compliance with some sort of government mandate is BS. Taping of The Toreador should not be considered notice to the intended recipient of the thing and if they mail it to you there's every reason to believe that the mail could arrive after the timeframe indicated in the paperwork has ended. They should be forced to positively handed to the actual person are you supposed to be put on notice by the paperwork. Anything less is just downright duplicitous.

She’s making a mistake by conversing at all. What I’d say; “No warrant, leave. You have been told to leave so you must start exiting right now or your implied immunity won’t protect you and I will seek legal recourse and restitution”.
That usually gets their attention.

"We'll come back with a warrant." If they COULD get a warrant, they would have done that already. Don't fall for their BS.

I think more people are realising that police are never there to help you, ultimately they are always trying to find something to criminalise you.

That cops demeanour really changed after the girl mentioned about her stuff getting stolen, the body-cam footage will magically disappear now.

Have a boot licker friend that pointed out in this video that there's always a few people who are always in trouble with the police for whatever reason. I thought about it and then I pointed out to him that when you have a group of bullies who attacked children they always pick on the same ones over and over again for whatever reason. These are official bullies who use their power to terrorize and harass people. Sometimes it's the same people over and over again. Usually the most vulnerable people who have little resources to fight back with.

Damn look how quiet that dude got when she told him she knew he wasn't going to be able to provide his body cam footage because he's a thief. He had lots to say right up to that point too.

when a public servant tells someone to stop talking on their own property, they need a smack in the mouth. that shit is infuriating.

"Hey, if you would just LET ME violate your rights, this would be so much easier." Well, sure... but *easier for whom?*
Smart cops (an oxymoron) like to play the word games that make it seem that just going along with their demands is in the citizen's best interests. That is ALMOST NEVER true.
Those are probably the same officers who think that coerced sex isn't rape.
