You can disable the law enforcement in the settings in Director mode and then they will not shoot at you or arrest you or chase you

tips: calling for backup is simple on director mode! first you need to go on highway patroll. pick any character you want and select and go to the menu and do invicible stars to 0 amd restricted areas off. tell me if l helped you!

If you use Highway Patrol, the cops will actually accept you as a cop until you either get 3 stars, or damage or attack one

you dont need pc for this i use this for gta v vids on my channel and a tip is that if you use the highway patrol actor if you have 2 or 1 stars cops dont shot only the swat and helicopters shot you and i use the director mode on xbox
