His ability to estimate speed, especially while he is moving in the opposite direction, is a lie.

This was an illegal stop. This officer should have been disciplined and the charges placed on his record. To stop law enforcement abuse there must be a form of Malpractice Insurance required for all law enforcement officers. After a couple of payouts for abuse, civil rights violations etc... an insurance carrier will eventually drop the officers coverage. No insurance, no employment. No insurance no jumping from one municipality to another. Its a simple fix.

Why would this cop get a C- while blinding an innocent citizen with his spotlight while driving and intending to pull over that citizen over before witnessing a crime? A verbal warning doesn't excuse that level of abuse.

“When you recklessly blinded a upcoming vehicle, it should automatically be a “ F”
Specially if you’re a a police officer.

"Visually estimated the speed"🤧 well I'll be damned, people are developing special skills...

No. He gets an F for illegally shinning his light into their car, racial profiling and lying about clocking them over 30mph when the video GPS clearly shows him within a mile or two of the posted speed limit. And if it weren't for the fact the driver was a former cop with an extensive history in two different police departments they all would have been sitting on the curb, arrested and fined for nothing. We need to call it how it is.

This man said “ I visually estimated your speed then got behind you and confirmed” 🤣. This guy is a special one.

His composure while knowing what they were doing was completely wrong was impeccable.

Former Cop: "I'm sorry officer. Why did you shine your spotlight in my eyes then pull me over?"
Cop: "I wanted to see if you were black".
Former Cop: "What?"
Cop: "What?"

You must be grading on a curve if that Cop got a C-. His stop was utterly ridiculous.

He's one of those cops who have decided that everybody is a criminal unless they can prove otherwise. He needs a new job.

Driver: How do you know how fast i was going?
Cop: I eyeballed it 💪

How can you give them a C-? The cop illegally shined a spot light into on coming traffic, lied about their speed, racial profiled and then got scared when discovered he was dealing with an x cop! That is a well earned F in my book.

C-? He literally could’ve caused an accident and racially profiled a man. This is easily a F- for the officer.

"I wanted to see who was driving" - yeah, I bet you did

He profiled them the second he shined that light to see who was inside

I'm retired LE. This cop and others like him are part of the reason why LE in general gets such a bad rap. His actions were stupid. Kudos to the driver.

They get an F. They weren't speeding and they shined him.

This cop is so good he can see how fast you are going from 200 feet away at night while you are heading towards him. Press X to doubt.
