"They speak russian", hmm the first 2 and the last old men bunch interviewed were speaking romanian with a heavy accent.
These are not slavic brothers of russia, but still being driven out from their lands by historical russian aggression which culminated with millions being deported in Sibieria during and after the world war 2.

Transnistria hasn't paid for it gas for the last 30 years, when they use like 50% of moldovian gas, they say russia it gives them everything but in reality moldova is paying for everything. Moldova has the most expensive gas in europe(if you live on the left side of the country). tbh moldova could just sell the land to ukraine and get 1 or 2 km to danube river(like it did before so it could build a little port on it) am sure ukraine can fix the separatist problem, something moldova can never do

Transnistria wants to belong to Russia than Moldova should just let them and avoid a war. Put up a fence and keep them out of Moldova altogether. Let Russia supply them with their needs.

What is Canada doing to back up the Sovereign Country of Moldova?

I am very concerned that, if Russian forces manage to conquer the Ukrainian city of Odessa that they will then proceed to their enclave in Transnistria and proceed to conquer the sovereign State of Moldova. Moldova is not a NATO Country.
