If I was Moldovan I would want to merge with Romania. Countries outside of NATO are all vulnerable to attack and Moldova has a small, practically unarmed, population. Putin could take over very quickly if he wanted to.

Looking at the geopolitical map, it’s a logical step to get rid of Putin’s army hiding in your garden storage, just before they ready to dynamite your house.

Moldova need to prepare now instead of talking. Otherwise will end up like Ukraine

One would have thought that Putin had enough worries trying to invade Ukraine without adding to the quagmire by attacking Moldova.

If Transnistria is independent since 1992, why is the Moldovan government asked about it? Where is the interview with the Transnistrian government?

This reminds me of what Putin did kind of to his own country just to be able to start the war in Chechnya.

Maia Sandu needed to stop believing Putin won't attack Moldova then start the legal processes of a Moldavian foreign Ledgen like Ukraine did because Moldova is a very small country, and the militaries has all extremely old Soviet weapons.
