P2 Volvo Strut Mount Brace Conversion

Little walk through on converting your upper engine support bar into a solid strut brace to assist with handling and body roll. This was done on my 06 Volvo XC70 but is the same for other P2 volvos (S60, V70, XC90)

Made a huge difference on my XC70, also replaced the center mount with blue poly aluminum mount from IPD.
Going to do the lower engine/transmission mount upgrade from IPD next.

5:45 😂😂 Also, is there not much weight held up by the upper motor mount? I had thought you would need to support the motor while doing this somehow

Hi there i think mine are pretty shot at as ive lots of wobble in each side and the top middle mount too, wonder if i do the side one it will help stiffen the middle one
