Doing the deed and increasing the reliability and performance on our 2012 RAM2500 pickup. We installed EGR delete, removed dpf for full 5in straight pipe exhaust, mm3 tuner, S&B cold air intake, s366 with billet wheel and exhaust manifold from Smeding Diesel. With this setup we should see up to approximately 600rwhp.

You didn't have to recalibrate the turbo or anything deleting the non vgt? I was told I had to have my vgt recalibrated if went back with a vgt.. I guess my question is if I go with the non vgt does this avoid all the recal stuff? Thank you

I’ve basically done all the same stuff including exact turbo and manifold upgrade I’m loving it but noisier though which I like ha ha👍

How you like the new turbo setup ? Any issues how does it pull compared to the stock turbo

Did you have to get new tunes to run a non vgt
turbo ?
