Why is neck pain related to sleep apnea?

*Regardless how i sleep my neck keeps being all cramped up!?* _Its usually on my left side.._
*I tried to sleep in a way that prevents it **_but it never works!?_*
_I cant think of anything on my left side that could be hurting!?_
Any idea whats doing it??
_ive had no previous trauma!_
*Regardless if i sleep on my right or left, or if i use a stiff or soft pillow!?*
_Whether i prop my head up or use NO pillow!!??_

Can adjusting posture be the cause of neck pain? I have some muscle tissue damage on my left shoulder blade and after a back massage I ended spending the night with part of my neck feeling sore.

I have this since I kinda felt a dislocation in that area while I was laying down and tried to move my head up... ever since when I carry heavy stuff the pain in that area comes, and sometimes I wake up with a headache and that area hurts like fatigued muscle or something.

That machine right behind that man, the CT scanner, which emits high amounts of ionizing radiation, IS what causes people's pain and eventual cancer.
