Hi Pete, relatively newish Landlord here. I note UR comment on "healthy rental yield" which I know I'm getting as I rent per room not whole house. If I receive £1, 400p/m minus (mortgage of £100p/m) what is my rental yield on this property pls? There is little more expense (building insurance £60p/m) no cleaners, etc. Also, from my positive experience so far so good, I wish to continue renting rooms-only anthr 2 properties (not whole houses), which I shall acquire shortly, making £500p/m & £600p/m additionally. Could you help point to the direction of a rental bis plan plus any advice on how Landlord with 3-4 properties complete their self assessment tax return pls e.g. do you put all 3 properties on one single tax return or one per house?
