METROID Orchestrated - Complete Game Highlights with Soundtrack is a new style of video that I really enjoy making, featuring scenes from the game playing along the complete orchestral soundtrack, written by Japenese Composer Hirokazu Tanaka.
My goal is to let you go through the game in a short time to triggers old memories while hearing all the games great music:)

It always amazes me how so many people can remix these 8 bit tracks, and come out sounding so utterly alien compared to one another. The foreboding un ease of the music in the upgrade hallway / elevator rooms was what really hit me- AAaand then Kraid's lair hit, one of my favorite tracks from the series, and you did it justice! 8D

3:34 - Kraid's Lair - a good ol' waltz-macabre. Triple-time. Minor-key. Love, love the arrangement and instrumentation here. Heavy strings, melody on piano, some choral and that snake rattle! Would of course be completely at home in a Castlevania!
12:58 - End Credits - The chord progression here sounded very Kid Icarus and then looked up the composer and lo-and-behold, he did both! Chip Tanaka.
Brilliant, brilliant orchestrations here as always.

Man intro theme gave me a vibe for what huge rush it would give fans of this franchise if Metroid was televised as a series of episodes in a live action series. Finally letting us know who would portray Samus Aran. In early 2000s I would have chosen 7 of 9 from Star Trek Voyger a beautiful woman she is.
