I dread to think what will happen if they have to go into hospital. I am 80 years old have osteoarthritis and have done something to myright wrist.. have been in pain tried to take tablets etc and in the end after three daysof pain and now ongoing... I rang the surgery. 30 minutes to get through... they said doctor would ring me. fourhours later receptionist rang back said take tablets etc.... has booked me in with a physio in two weeks time. I may not last that long. I feel so sorry for older people who are alone
