Female- recent major surgery made my hair fall out, thinned so much and hairline changed. Using rosemary oil has it growing back- have tiny little hairs coming in everywhere. I've thinned before- thyroid- and rosemary oil brought it back then. I know this doesn't work for pattern baldness, but does work for women with thinning hair and changing hairline.

Would love to see a Plastic Surgery Analysis video on James Maslow, Chris Hemsworth, George Lucas, Frank Grillo, Jon Bernthal and Chester See. Always was curious if any of them have ever gotten any form of plastic surgery whatsoever, whether hair transplants, eyebrow lifts, etc. My best guess is they are all completely and perfectly natural, but would absolutely love to hear what you think! Especially Mr. Lucas with his incredible and seemingly resilient head of natural hair!!

Curious on your opinion of scalp tension and its correlation with hair loss? I've been doing an exercise where i contract the frontalis muscles then the occipitalis muscles and in doing so, my entire scalp slides forwards and backwards. Repeat this for about 15-20 minutes and the blood pump in the scalp is very satisfying and the scalp remains nice and loose. Coming from a family of all bald men, you would think i had excellent hair genes because i have almost all my hair. I started doing this exercise when i was about 19 or 20 because my hair started shedding at a crazy rate. Fast forward today and i'm almost 38 with a great head of hair which i attribute to this exercise and its effect on scalp tension.

Why is there rarely, if ever any hair transplanted into the temple hair triangles when guys get hair transplants?
i think the temple triangle areas of hair are very important to achieve a youthful, as well as a very attractive look. As you sa, it makes the forehead not as wide.
Look at Brad Pitts hair line in around the temple area for example. He has these very protruding, pronounced temple hair triangles which is very attractive & youthful looking.

What's been helping me is stop eating junk food, I eat single ingredient food (not greens; actual food), inversion work outs like handstand/ wall pushups, and eyebrow raises. The only thing I've added recently that has made the biggest difference is the eyebrow raises.
