I've been saying since release, this key should be a very high spawn chance on tagilla, because he is the BOSS of factory so it makes sense for him to have the factory keycard. Second, to make it worth it, add a modded gun or armor spawn as a micro Kiba so it gives something nice to loot on a limited loot map like factory.

I don't know how the system works. But bsg should list all loot in tiers, when in a locked room, if you loot a Medic bag, the low tier loot like bandage, etc. Does not spawn. So even if you don't get higest value, you will get the feeling of reward because you get something out of it. Or lower low tier lot immensely.

I did get back to back led x’/ from this key so it can be good, the safes have a higher chance at spawning good loot and there’s a led x spawn on the very top of the shelving at the left rear of the room
