Back in the days of Quake2, one of the top players in New Zealand (Immortal, from memory) played entirely with keyboard. He mapped his whole alpha set with different turn amounts, centred on g/h with up/down on keypad with his action keys. He routinely won tournaments like that. To this day I'm still not certain he was human.
