Not only that, but in the emperor’s throne room level, there are statues you have to move to get a minikit. The statues include vader, a king who I think is supposed to represent palpatine, and a statue of jar jar himself right in the throne room

I would tell him that it's just showing what "master and apprentice" means, because random Gungan(master) is on that weird ball perfectly and Jar Jar not so well. I would tell him but he just sounds so happy.
