I've listened to you for a few years now, and my mom listened to you too, we've both really enjoyed your meditations. I've regularly tried lucid dreaming for about 2 years, with no effects whatsoever.
I didn't manage to get it even once even though I've tried all existing methods and tried my hardest.
I gave up about a year ago and have never tried it since. Then, yesterday I found this video and gave it a try, I went to sleep while listening to it and for the first time ever I've actually had a lucid dream.
Your videos were the only thing that was ever able to help me with my insomnia, and now this video even made me have my first ever lucid dream. That's actually incredible, thank you so much for your work.
