Pro tip: skip the food processor. Just use a hand mixer to mix everything except for the last 2/3rds of the egg whites. Fold those in slowly at the end and the bread will rise and will be super fluffy!

i added cinnamon, ..then sliced it thick and soaked in eggs with a little HWC and made french toast....OH MY GOD, ... topped it with butter and sugar free syrup, ...you two have really opened me up to a whole new way of eating....THANK YOU!!!!

I made this recipe today exactly like this video, I added.. 1 tablespoon of.. milled flaxseed to it, and One package of yeast, the results were better than ever!!! I wish I could show you guys a picture you would not believe the way mine turned out thank you for the step-by-step recipe that you provided. I have tried this recipe a couple times and I found the best way to get rid of the "eggy" taste is to use 4 yolks instead of 6 (still the same number of egg whites though).  Everything else I keep the same and it is perfect.

We made this bread Friday. We used it with herbs and Olive oil Friday, browned in butter with fried egg Saturday and fried in butter, cream cheese sprinkled with monk fruit and strawberries on Sunday. We loved it!!! Rhonda

The last step should be by hand... adding whipped whites to a blender is a classic way to make it fall and be more dense.

Hey, guys...loving the recipes! In my neck of the woods flaxseed meal is 1/3 the cost of almond flour. With your bread recipe I subbed equal amounts of almond flour and flaxseed meal (3/4 cups each). Had to add some almond milk to thin the raw consistency. Turned out GREAT! Looks and tastes like whole wheat bread.  Great texture! Added benefit:  flaxseed meal has half the carbs of almond flour. Loaf makes 18 1/2" slices...yummers! Thanks so MUCH for this recipe! :-)

Hi guys. I am 68 and new to Keto and so thankful I came across this recipe! I have used it for bread crumbs and so the other day I enjoyed Chicken Parmesan. So good! Today I cut the loaf in half, sliced two slices lengthwise and toasted them. Lunch today is egg salad and four pieces of bacon on the side. The recipe is so easy, stores great in the fridge for a few days but I freeze mine and take out what I need. Thanks so much!
