Hi Amir, do you have any videos for just outlook test prep?  You have just test prep for excel, word, and pp, but on outlook, I don't see any just for test prep.  Btw, I did watch all your videos on test prep, and they all helped I got 90 - 100% correct on those three test because of your videos.  Thank you so

Tracking button only shows delivery receipts and not read receipts.  How can I configure the tracking button to show both delivery and read receipts?
