If you made the move, what’s been your favorite part about TN? If you’re wanting to move, what other questions do you have?

Glad to hear you’re loving Nashville! Appreciate all of your insights. Our family is moving there in a week and we’re very excited.

My family was from Knoxville, but I was born here in Michigan and hate it here, my roots are calling for me 🥰 Couple more years, hopefully! Your videos are helpful, so much has changed over the years.

New subscriber! Came here after watching your 1st "Do we regret" video from March and you've answered my question about your 2nd summer.

Great video, Ryan and Melissa! We've lived in Chandler for about 11 years now. We're not looking to move anytime soon, but Tennessee is on the short list of places to check out if we do move. In the last year or so, I've felt limited in the places nearby to visit and recreational things to do. We go to Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome most of the time but that gets old eventually. Tucson and Flagstaff hold no interest. Any other places, and you're driving 3 hours or more.
I wish there were more forested hiking options with rivers and lakes for kayaking. The summers, when the days are long, are 100+ degrees and not great hiking or boating weather. Am I romanticizing a place like TN for more outdoor fun? Maybe we'll look you up if we get out that way!

Good to know that you guys are adjusting there pretty well, and loving your new home.
@7:30 that sounds expensive to do :-)

What is your political back ground? Has moving to super red state change political views?

You seem like nice people but promoting TN is not cool. Locals are getting priced out with us being a low income state and people from high income states taking advantage of that. Stop moving here. Improve your own communities.

You have a great channel going! It is really helpful to me, as I would also like to move! Are there requirements for dogs or cats to have vaccinations or a chip or or tags with specific information ?
