The Honda HR-V remains unchanged following a complete redesign in 2023. The HR-V seats 5 and is only offered as a 4-door subcompact crossover. Competitors include the Chevrolet Trailblazer, Hyundai Kona, Kia Seltos, Mazda CX-30, Nissan Rogue Sport, Subaru Crosstrek, and Toyota CH-R.

Three trims are offered: LX, Sport, and EX-L. One engine is available: A turbocharged, 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 158 horsepower and mates to a continuously-variable automatic transmission (CVT). Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Pricing ranges from $25,000 to $29,000.

I am 6ft 220 and we have used my wifes 2023 hrv sport twice to go from south eastern pa to watertown ny about 5 hours and i have never been uncomfortable and i am picking up a 2025 in urban grey for myself tomorrow.

I have a 24 same color and trim. I like it. Agree with the HP but it’s not absolutely horrible. It’s AWD and a Honda so reliable and inexpensive to maintain was important to me.

Owned a 2022 crv and now a 2024 Rav 4 because I am long term and got rid of turbo and have Direct AND Port injection. As far as car play etc the Honda is FAR superior to Rav4 It is a nightmare to keep connected. Wake up Toyota!!

Thanks for the information about no changes to the 2025 HR-V. I have run across a couple on You Tube that have mentioned updates but they're using video of the 2023-2024 model. I trust your information. I plan on purchasing one of these in the very near future.

Purchased the Awd model right after New Years 2025. My first SUV at age 70. Traded in 2023 Civic EX for being too low to get in and out. I'll
agree drivers seat needed lumbar
cushion which Found on Amazon,
plus grocery organizer for cargo
area. Also negotiated for rubber
floor mats. Sure don't miss the
automatic idle stop my civic had, nor the turbo or moonroof. Freeway
power is fine for me. If you're tailgating with lift gate, you must use finger to lock latch so led cargo lights go out. Then pull tailgate latch to unlock and now close hatch.

I am 5' tall. How would I close the rear hatch? It looks too high for me to be able to reach.

I think the map pocket is on the passenger seat because it's easier for the driver to reach it.

I have this sport in BLACK and love it. I would like a second USB an 12V outlet in front but I will work around that.
