I just bought the 2025 HRV LX and it's been great. Coming from a 2020 Civic SI - I needed an upgrade in storage and something better for long journeys. I don't tow anything, barely used my sunroof I had on my Civic or even 2016 CR-V Touring. I am very pleased with the purchase!

First time I saw the HR-V from a distance, I thought I was looking at a Porsche... And I'm a Porsche aficionado. Shocked, to say the least, when I saw the Honda badge. I hope I don't lose my "car guy" cred admitting this. It may be underpowered, but in the looks dept, the HR-V is a hit in my book.

I still think the HR-V (known as ZR-V outside North America) needs the 181 bhp hybrid drivetrain, just like what Toyota did with the Corolla Cross.

Not sure why Honda does not offer the 2.0 Hybrid engine that's in the Accord & CRV and now Civic..I think it would be a great option to have the same hybrid system in 4 different sizes.

The EX-L has a sunroof, bigger screen and leather seats that is a big deal lol
If the sport had the sunroof I wouldn't be hesitating on it

If this had a hybrid motor this would sell like freaking hot cakes. Although price would definitely be increased… I’m telling ya Honda might just be the best vehicle manufacturer out there

Good review. No BS and four minutes 👍
This vehicle seems a bit pricey at all levels. Honda quality isn’t inexpensive.

If you need Blind Spot Information System (BSI) with Cross Traffic Monitor* you must get the Sport

My wife just bought a blacked out 2025 hrv sport and it's a good mix of luxury and sport style of car plus it's a Honda can it get any better?😊

If the Sport offered a sunroof, I do t think they’d sell too many EX-L’s. That’s what holding me back from even looking at the Sport. I’ll wait for the hybrid, I have a 2018 HR-V and right now, not that big of a difference to update to a new one.

It's a good-looking Honda with a very unique exterior design.

Looks are subjective. I like the HR-V Sport FWD in Urban Grey Pearl with the black exterior emblems. I already know what OEM accessoties and aftermarket items I plan to add to customize it, including something to improve the acceleration without altering the vehicle.

Am I missing something? The safety features aren't the same, as I test drove an LX and it doesn't have the blindspot detection.

I am looking but I am not certain I want the same 1997 horsepower and gas mileage 30 years later.

Not everything is the same. The higher trim has front parking sensors. The other ones don’t.

Do any of these models have a power lift gate and what is the ground clearance?

I just don't understand why so many car manufacturers have killed fog lights. They round off the front end perfectly no matter the implementation. German automakers are the worst offenders of this. The claim is that they are 'no longer needed', but integrated fog lights are just not the same. But, let's say that they were just as effective, since when do automakers care about style over substance when they include fake air dams, exhaust tips, dummy vents and so on? Fog lights create a certain aesthetic and removing them will always make the front end look incomplete with empty holes even when filled with cladding. This is clearly just a cost-saving measure and most cars or and especially SUVs that just have those 'air vents' in the front give that 'the owner declined the upgraded light package' look from back in the day.

Honda releases the hybrid Civic in the US before the hybrid HR-V wasting peoples time. The American market wants more hybrid crossovers and not sedans.
