The lack of rear ac vents is a HUGE problem for me

My father just purchased the 2025 HRV LX AWD in Nov 2024. We love the new design: modern and spacious front seating compared with my 2020 CRV. Love the cleanness of the new interior, also the fact that small sized ladies like me & my mom don't have to 'climb' into a tank (my previous CRV), seating is very comfortable compare with CRV. My father has hip surgery so he requires good amount of space at driver seat, it does the trick and he says the engine sounds is good and drives smoothly. Great trunk space with backs seats completely flattened. Many ppl say Honda cars required least repairs. That's what I have experienced with all my Honda cars. Highly recommended if you are both quality and budget conscious.

Honda should put the civic hybrid engine and e-cvt transmission in the hr-v. Also rear a/c vents and usb charge
ports and this cuv would be perfect. 👍🏾

I own the 2024 HR-V for having just moved to Alaska. Gotta say, it does excellent for what we need. Pothole ridden gravel roads are the norm here, and it does excellent. Back when we had it in the city the acceleration was a bit weak, but I'm not a fan of SUV's having too quick acceleration; these things are tanks and battering rams for pedestrians and smaller cars. The 2.0L Engine isn't quick, but doesn't feel like it's ever struggling. Carving through the mountains and hills, this thing does just fine. The AWD system works well, gets us up some hills and nasties just fine.

Sure there's more off-road vehicles out there, but for the price point, this thing does EXACTLY what we need it to here in Alaska. Only thing I'd say is that the stock tires don't work great in the snow, but I have some Studded tires for my second set. Love the HR-V, definitely recommend. Especially in delicious Milano red.

I purchased the 2025 HRV NORDIC GREEN EXL AWD wonderful Vehicle 🚗 very comfortable on long Time I just took a 700 Mile trip it got 30 miles per gallon . We also own a 2023 Honda Pilot EXL AWD as well wonderful vehicle known for Reliability .These Vehicles will last a very long time long time just got rid of a 2005 Honda Pilot over 300, 000 miles it was fantastic air conditioning still blew ice 🧊 cold . Anyone buys a HRV won’t be disappointed with EXL model all leather power drivers seat and Sunroof.

Last year in 23, I was looking to trade my 20 Fit EX as I had 8200.00 equity toward a new car. I wanted a 23 Accord EX. In Texas, my car insurance was going up 445.00 in my 6 months. A Civic, you couldn’t find last year was 440.00 more for insurance. The lowest insurance increase was the 24 HRV EXL at 235.00. I paid 29, 000. No mark ups as I refused. I got 5.9 interest, not average of 9.97. My Fit was 330 a month. My HRV is 342.00. I put 2 J down to. Financed 20, 500. My loan now is 11, 800 in 10 months. I’m paying extra principal. Gas mileage sucks ass but I work at home. If you buy one get the EXL for leather, power seat, sun roof, blind spot, wireless charging. It’s not an Accord that I want but I refuse to pay my insurance company more. I got the show room car as the Honda dealer had sold the other 3 they had.

These car companies are using the word “sport” a bit too loosely. In my opinion, I need more than just some gloss black on the exterior for a car to be sporty. What’s so sport about it if it still gets the same engine as the “non-sport” options?

Can’t go wrong with either- CRV for storage room, acceleration, armrest for rear seat HRV engine will likely last longer

I my HRV 2025 and when you put it in sport it def goes fast 💨 and I’m a fast driver. It’s perfect, great surround sound for music and smooth quiet drive, just took it on a road trip. Yes acceleration is a little slow initially but be no fool, I’m out here keeping up with anyone on the road lollll and love it. Some of yal

I looked at this few months ago but engine was under powered and wanted a Hybrid so passed up on this and ended up with the CRV Hybrid. Sure, cost me a lot more but got a much better vehicle with more power, better FE and also good resale value!

Fun fact: this car is sold in Europe as a hybrid only, called the zrv. What they call an hrv in Europe is a completely different car based on the fit platform.

The only reason to buy this is if Uber doesn't go where you're going and you don't have time to save for Mazda's lowest rung. Actually, they may be comparable in price. The HR-V's engine is weak. So much so that I think it might pose a danger in steep uphill on-ramps. If you are getting small car for an aging parent/grandparent who has no plans to drive on freeways, this might be the ticket.

I love this cross over! I've been driving it for a month now and it's awesome! I get 31 miles a gallon which isn't the best but it sure isn't the worst either. Lol. I buy Honda and always have. Their reliability and resell value is always better.

Add a hybrid system on this smaller SUV and the sales will probably jump up on-par with potential CRV buyers looking for a lower price point and a commuter they can putt around town.
