By the way, I was wondering if there is any way we can create a single pipeline where we can use ML libraries in Python to process some outputs from R's functions (like counting nucleotides, etc.) without having to save from R and load in Python (i.e. if we want a standalone workflow) ;). I think it would be amazing if we can do this.
