James Hollingshead lifts heavy like this also, as did Branch Warren, Ronnie, Johnny Jackson and many others. No one rep range is best for everyone even when training for the same sport. Clearly what they're doing works for them and I say let people lift how they want. His form is excellent and I see no serious risk of injury.

High bar squat with proper depth too, not many guys that lean can lift that heavy

This is pitiful. 765 on squat? LMAO. I do 855 on INCLINE BENCH for unlimited reps.

I'm a baldy bilder, professional celery, and I'm still just in elementary skew. You should really consider doing a wideo on my pear-formance as it's much more impressive.
