There are some errors; the former Austrian concession was transferred to the Italian concession in 1927.

Very interesting! I never realised the Dutch sent troops to China during the Boxer revolt. Never heard of it in school and it doesn't even say in the dutch wiki page about the boxer revolt!

it's Tientsin Concession. and it does not represent any humiliation in the mind of Tientsinese people. Rather, it was the highlighting moment in Tientsin history, when Tientsin becomes the "great new Babylon" in the Far East, the small Paris in China. Those concessions are not colonies at all, very few westerners there. Those concessions served as special quartiers that acknowledge foreign juridictions for business and management of the quartier. that is all. "Humiliation" is only part of Beijing's own narrative about its sharp political and economic decline in the 20th century, because Beijing has none of these lucrative and profitable special trade zones.
