This guy is absolutely ignorant about the war in Ukraine. When a so-called 'expert' claims that the capture of Soledar is the first russian victory, this means that he is a novice on the subject, or that he has just woken up. He'd better occupy himself with something else, and TRT World better try to search for other more serious and credible analysts to ask for their aspect.

Yeah right. The significance of Soledar and eventually Bakhmut is 'symbolic' and lacks any strategic importance. Again, after all this fighting and huge casualties from both sides, we hear this outdated and naive assessment. Ok it's symbolic. Obviously that's why the Ukrainians have committed almost 20 brigades and more than 50.000 troops. For symbolic reasons.😫😫😫
