In over two years, Russia has not been able to achieve air superiority over Ukraine.
This says everything about their airforce.

Russian military doctrine : "Always reinforce failure and no level of losses are unacceptable."

The only thing that is still keeping the Russian army on the Ukrainian territory is the willingness of the regime to sacrifice so many people. Most modern militaries would have already pulled back due to high percentage of losses and domestic political pressure. Just to compare, Russians lost about three to four times more soldiers than Americans did during the entirety of Vietnam war, which in America led to significant growth of anti-war sentiments.

Russia is holding its own against Ukraine 😂😂😂😂😂 bro thats probably the funniest thing ive ever heard regarding the war.

Something about the aggressor having to "hold its own" against a vastly smaller place is just so bizarre

I remember when Putin said they only need 7 days to conquer Ukraine. He said that a few years ago.

The 'Special military operation' is so special, that Russia even directly threatens nuclear war now.... truly, a very, very "special" military operation...

As of the writing of this comment, Russia has been seen pulling T-54 tanks to the front. They've entered production in 1947.

Im not very happy with paying 1B and gave it away but i remember Russia selling us the most expansive gas in the EU, so...

Russia has always been weak, historically speaking. They almost always had success exclusively when invaders underestimated the harsh winters and Russian cruelty to its own citizens

1:49 they recently lost 15 air defence systems, and radar, and there oil refineries keep getting hit oil production is down 14%. The fact Russia is getting North Korean weapons is hilariously sad 😂

Russia’s war is a failure and everyone knows it. It’s best people are fleeing, countries have decimated their defense industry for decades, other industries are decimated, aviation and auto industries, and its biggest company is operating in the Red, Gasprom. Not to mention that the ruble has crashed. Fail! Population is tanking too. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Between the corruption and the alcohol problem the Russian military is about done.

If Russia had air superiority over Ukraine, the war would be over by now. The big question is why didn't Russia get air superiority at the beginning of the war and dominate all the air space over Ukraine? By shear numbers of aircraft it should have been simple, but maybe, like many things, the number of operational aircraft is lower than what is being stated. The most probable explanation is that Russia does not have enough skilled pilots to be able to achieve air superiority over Ukraine.

No one has air superiority in Ukraine? Russia doesn't dare fly freely over Ukraine. Nor does their Navy stock the coast.
