Will Super Micro Computer (SMCI) Stock Get Delisted?

Super Micro had another major announcement today. SMCI stock has crashed after the company did not provide a 10-K annual report. Now Super Micro stock has until December 31st to file BOTH an Annual Report and 10-Q Quarterly Report!

The company will need to find an auditor after Ernst & Young refused to sign off on the company's financials. This all needs to happen in less than 60 days!

I am a little jaded but doesn’t the recent form 4 show that insiders are net acquiring shares. They exercised and kept most of minus I am guessing my some tax obligation selling. Also they said that the special committee was going to release a detail report by this week. So they released earnings last week, they started acquiring shares right before the 10q then stock drops and now we may get another report 🤔. Idk but this seems orchestrated.

The company got delisted in the past also for the same reason. It fell sharply during delisting and then soared sharply after relisting. So, chill.

I am glad I sold. Even though I took a loss. This company could go to zero.
