i read something about an accountant, quit theirs job at smci, due to (from my understanding), that the company provided false numbers, witch had a big impact on the stock price. many was sent a message giving information on who to contact if you wantet to take it court. with that message the stock price went down drastically. so theres that. - anyone got more information on this matter?

Edit: A board-appointed comittee found no evidence of fraud, sending the stock price 29 % up.

Blackwell is on track per Jensen Huang. He never said he would have major sales in Q4. $10 Billion or so and ramping up in Q1 and beyond.

As I read from some Taiwan websites and rumors, the major reason is the number of servers they claimed didn't match they actually shipped. This could be a big problem if you believe it is a fraud. However, the SMCI server is absolutely No.1 in this area. I don't think SEC or NASDAQ will delist it without an extension. We judge a company should altramately from its product, correct?

Re: shorting, in a bull market like right now, no, it doesn't make a lot of sense, but in a bear market, like 2022, you can make a lot of money in a hurry. Short 7 stocks for 10% each and you've got a 100% gain..., and 10% drawdowns are easy to capture in a bear market...

Should be delisted as soon as possible. Fraudulent accounting cannot be tolerated. You shouldn’t even be talking about the stock/company
