Financial ambiguity aside, SMCI still produces the best chip rack & cooling systems for the NVDA chips. SMCI systems will be bought by the purchasers of the Blackwell system because there really isn't an alternative. Something will be worked out because it has to be worked out, and I predict SMCI will get back to financial stability soon.

SMCI management is probably having a lot of trouble finding a qualified auditor. No auditor wants to be associated with a company that has a terrible
reputation. A takeover by another company might be a possibility. That might be the only way to salvage something out of what was already started.

Nvidia’s latest and greatest GPU platform the Blackwell is already in production and distributed to major customers for at least end of 2025. That generally means Nvidia is stuck in SMCI account receivables booking.
