You can’t beat a traditional breakfast especially when it’s packed with protein and kind to your waist line, this macro friendly version will set you up for the day! 🍳🥓👌🏼🇬🇧

🛒 Here’s what you’ll need ⤵️
🔰1 Crumpet
🔰1 Egg
🔰80g Short Cut Bacon
🔰100g Baked Beans
🔰100g Vine/Cherry Tomatoes
🔰10g Mozzarella
🔰Handful Spinach
🔰10ml Worcestershire Sauce + Paprika
✅ Step 1: Put your baked beans in a bowl and add paprika and worcestershire sauce and place in the microwave for two mins. Be sure to cover the top, so it doesn’t explode everywhere!
✅ Step 2: Next pre heat a pan and cook bacon till crispy, add tomatoes and spinach until reduced down. Toast your crumpets ready for plating up.
✅ Step 3: Add the cheese on top of the crumpets to melt, then add all the other ingredients to finish. Salt and pepper and you’re ready to get stuck in! 😋
