Fix Realtek High Definition Audio Drivers | Windows 11 | Reinstall + Update Guide

Updated to Windows 11, and lost audio completely? Windows Update not reinstalling Realtek drivers? Well, this video shows a workaround, as well as how to download the official (correct) Realtek drivers from your manufacturer. By the end, you should have fixed your audio if something went wrong while or after updating.

Everybody on youtube is showing how to reinstall drivers but nobody explain how to get missing REALTEK HD AUDIO SOFTWARE MANAGER for another repro and sound SETUP which is in win 11 missing or blocking.

Thanks, audio issue has been resolved. I selected the "High Definition Audio Device" and it worked fine afterwards. The problem with my Windows 11 laptop was that even though I adjusted the audio levels, the audio itself would not respond. For instance, the sound level remained the same (constant) even though I would adjust the levels. As though it were stuck on a certain audio level. So, thanks for the suggestion.

I can't believe it, but this worked for me. I completely lost my audio out and tried every driver I could find online, including ones that I had saved locally and worked for me in the past. Reverting to the "High Definition Audio Device" fixed it for me. Thank you!

Thanks bro, i literally did everything to try to fix the problem including bios update, entire windows update, Realtek audio driver update, graphics card drivers update.. etc

After a Windows 11 update I had no sound at all. I worked on it for 5 hours with zero results. I decided to finally go with the "High Definition Audio Device" as you stated, even though it gave the warning it might wreck my PC. I click it anyway. I restarted my PC and bingo my sound was back and running. Thank You

Thank you very much! I was getting MAD because I recently bought a Dell G15 5515 and it has been a problem with all the f***g updates that have been popping up. The most recent update for the audio controller made my laptop stop playing audio, the only way I could listen to something was via bluetooth, the laptop's speakers and 3.5mm plug stop working propertly!
