Rhino the reason the nuke “didn’t work” is because he was already one-shotting every enemy. Test it out in the later part of an infinite where the enemies have multiple billions so the 10b his nuke deals actually does something instead of using it against enemies with like 1M. It’s pretty obvious tbh.

U might have to do 10b damage to heal the hp or if what it says is true it means that u might have to take damge on ur 12000 hp base to maybe 11000 then use it then it will heal but like it said no over heal to the base so it means that u might only heal whatever base hp u had
