To anyone who wanna try to mod the connector, i suggest to TRAIN first on a few cheap cables until get it right.
RAZOR sharp knife is very important.

I've tried this mod and ruined two pair because I tried to get the cuts perfect. Wound up buying a third and paired it up with a cheap KZ DQS and it works great. For $80 it sounds Way better than my Master & Dynamic MW09 which I paid $350 for.I always press down on the ear hooks when placing them in the case, this seems to help.

Recently bought the base version of the AZ09, same issue. Already got them replaced too with KZ but it actually is a normal occurence for this model to have that damn charging issue. Customer service can’t even help, it’s like they don’t understand anything no matter how clear and concise I explain them. Showed videos too. Thanks for this video! Enlightened me that this issue is normal among these.

I own a KZ ZSN pro x and am planning on getting the Dunu Titan S2. If I am to buy this module, which connection type should i go with? And would i need to modify them incase i want to use the Dunu with this?

Does this BT module have enough power to drive something like CCA HM20? Do you have any idea how much power this module produce?

i have the non-pro version. i did not have issues with charging. i like the physical buttons (everyone else uses these stupid capacitive buttons that work terribly with the input delay) and the charging case (the lid makes an incredibly satisfying sound when you close and the light is diffused properly over a large surface area). worst part is the microphone - its completely unacceptable, whoever i was talking to could not understand anything i was saying. i wish the case was slimmer, it fits in my jean pockets but i would not carry them around at all times like my wired earbuds.

You dont have to do all this if you get the right pin B or C, you can read in the descriptions which IEM will fit which one, buy the right Z09 pro and save the headache

I got the grand pa of these kinds of products. Fiio UTWS1 and UTWS3.
UTWS3 has the same type of charging case and share the same charging problems.
UTWS1 has micro USB socket on each hook.
After few years of using, Although the UTWS3 has better sound quality. But the charging process almost drive me crazy.

I prefer the simplicity of plug and charge on UTWS1. Especially after putting magnetic micro usb head to the socket. I get a magnet charging system that never fail.
The charging case of these Bluetooth dongle are badly designed and will be better to not have them at the first place.

Lot's of compromise to deal with just buy a TWS it will lasts around 2 - 3 yrs then just buy the next gen TWS that will fancy your taste
