Nice, so I don't have to buy seperate earbuds to get wireless connections, only just these adapters, and I assume they'll have the same sound quality.

Ive yet to see a review where these are tested in real time as IEMS and not wireless headphones to listen to music. The purpose of IEMs is to provide real time monitoring with instruents and live music. The biggest issue is latency. No one has made a review regarding latency for real time use in life music which is what IEMS ARE FOR!!
