About 10 years ago, I had heard about Deftones but never paid much attention to them. When KNY released, I was quite curious because the album title and art cover called my attention. I wanted to discover more music so I just bought it without hesitating. Little did I know this band was going to become one of my favorite. I have so many memories attached to almost every song and album. The groovy drums, raw/heavy riffs combined with Chino's mesmerizing voice just connected to me in a way I had never felt before. There's not a single song that I don't like. I love them all. I hope they stay for as long as possible because the day they retire will be a painful one.
