New subs here...i really like to perform a task as va but i dont have experienced yet and no trainings at all except watching yt vlogs. But, right now, i do my small business in selling products and i've had also a work experience in bpo industry as telemarketer in an outbound, we do selling phone cards and other products that we want to offer to our clients as special gift to their loved ones here in phils. Watching this video is quite interesting and so inspiring. I used up my listening skills and attention to detail because of the dictions that requires listening and understanding. GOD BLESS.

Still watching and can't help but feel how concerning it is that two of them don't know which job they are interviewing for.

I don't know if it's a strategy to say that the VA has many options or not. If I were the interviewer, I would be really put off.

I remember doing this one as an interrogation to my previous applicants as part of my job (recruitment specialist) but it’s important to gauge thoroughly applicant’s experience and skills by probing. Great job, Thomas.

Edit: I like how you provide your assessment after every interviews..shoot I miss doing calibration like this because what I observed to your candidates, you do have also the same thoughts lol can I apply to your company as one of the interviews? lol 🙈
