I’m no expert but I don’t think breaking your jaw in 2014 means 8 years later your cheeks, lips, jaw and chin all grow permanently in size. They also match the look of other celebrities who got cosmetic surgery. Zac looks like a 60 year old who’s trying to look 25.

Even the best looking people often have issues with self-image. He had his nose done very young so these issues have been with him for a long time. But each to their own. It’s his face so let him do what he wants. Let’s just hope he’s happy and healthy.

Had injuries. Sometimes your face can get puffy especially body building if something is out of alignment. The chin prominence makes me highly doubt that is the only reason though.

I give him props for basically admitting to anorexia, but his claim that he injured his chin then it suddenly got huge from rehabilitation sounds like a huge stretch. If he didn't have surgery then most likely he started taking HGH which tends to make guys' faces get wide like Joe Rogan. It also explains how he went from being a slim guy to suddenly being completely jacked with muscle. Anyway, I'm not sure if it's worth the trade off because as you age your face naturally bloats up which means his face is going to become even wider.
