It's fair to say #ZACEFRON isn't comfortable about talking about almost dying recently when he jaw was totally broken. He had reconstructive surgery and now has the internet suggesting he did it for vanity reasons. Clearly not the case, the guys is known for his good looks. Thoughts??

I think it's from steroid use. He was smaller until about 2013 when he was noticeably bulky. Since then he has matured in his appearance. 2013 was supposedly when he broke his jaw. That's weird... looks like steroid side effects.
