That one was relatively easy, still pretty darn interesting. I almost forgot to check that cos(x) can’t be equal to 1+sqrt(3)/2 so glad I watched the video

utilization of double angle formula : tan 2x = 2t/(1-t^2) with t=tanx=sinx/cosx
2 (sinx/cosx)/(1- (sinx/cosx)^2) = sinx
2 (sinx/cosx) * (cosx)^2 / (cosx)^2 * (1- (sinx/cosx)^2) = sinx
2 sinx * cosx / ((cosx)^2 - (sinx)^2) = sinx
2 sinx * cosx = sinx * (2(cosx)^2 - 1) then sinx * ( 2(cosx)^2 - 2cosx - 1) = 0 etc...

Express tan 2x = sin 2x / cos 2x, and sin 2x = 2 sin x cos x. Sin x may be zero, which means that cos x = ±1.

For other solutions, cancel sin x. One gets 2 cos x = cos 2x = 2 cos²x - 1. Solve that as a quadratic in cos x. The result is cox x = (1 ± sqrt(3))/2. The square root of 3 is between 1 and 2, so (1 + sqrt(3))/2 > 1, which is fine if we allow x to be pure imaginary.

6:35 de söylediğiniz şeyde reel sayıları mi kastettiniz hocam yani karmaşık olursa -1 1 arasına sıkışmak zorunda değil dimi

I'm in 11 grade and tbh, maths about sin cos tan are the most hurting maths i've ever dealt, because of super large amount of equations, functions to remember

I don't if it will ruine tge results, but 4:45 the - 1 must has been a +1 🙈

-- SiNx = -- cosX
TaNx= -- cosX
wheN -- cosX shifts tOther sidE becomes cosX then TaNx will be 1/ minus CoSecX
Thus cosX is CoSecX
