What Russia And Putin Actually Want With Ukraine

Troops are being deployed, harsh words have been said, and there is potential for all-out war. Tensions between Russia, Ukraine and the West keep escalating, and so do concerns.

But amidst the war of words and shallow media analysis, something is getting lost: context. What is this tension really about? Is there more than meets the eye in this crisis, and can it be solved?

This is a story about war, loss, betrayal and, at the heart of it, the biggest military alliance in the world.

And just 7 days later… there’s war. How timely of a video.

Finally, a news piece that actually presents an unbiased analysis of the current situation in Ukraine, providing a deeper dive into the ongoing dispute between the US, NATO and Russia. Well done!

Regardless of whomever has the more "righteous" cause, it is NEVER a good enough reason to put innocent civilians on the line!! 🤬

Everybody forgot the Cuba Crisis. We humans just don’t learn from recent history

It can be quite depressing hearing about so many situations, such as this, that appear to have a fairly simple or obvious solution that just cannot be reached due to the current systems in place.

The French, Germans and russians suffered immensely during WWI and WWII. They take the idea of another war in Europe seriously.
The U.S. grew to be the wealthiest empire in the history of mankind during those wars.
Different perspective.

Russia does not want NATO at the door. Simple and understandable. The USA did not like rockets in Cuba. No difference.

I think we need another video with more content based on the war history of both countries

From what I researched so far, it turns out that America is always involved in such chaos

In an age where the majority of media is controlled by one interest or another for their own ends it's refreshing to see a simple and clear explanation of an ongoing global event. Great stuff.

This war is all about business.
History repeats itself.
But why?

Was waiting and thinking "why don't anybody respond to the issue in hand as a pure geo political one?" That's the way everybody should approach these issues. Kudos

"German-Austria must return to the great German motherland, and not because of economic considerations of any sort." -A person who sounds like Putin

There is always to sides to war. Understanding of both can help both sides to come to the agreement, sooner. Or at the very least help with not repeating the same decisions in future diplomatic conflicts.

Very good analysis 🧐, adding this to other clips referring to this crisis. To be honest I had to break from this to find that cat boxing 🥊 clip .. was not disappointed.

When America will think for Libya, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries where at least its role for devastation can’t be ignored.

One thing you forgot to mention, Putin actually asked the US to be allowed to join NATO and USA said nope!

I’m not going to pretend to be extremely educated on this topic. But based on this video, I agree with France and Germany. Unless NATO is truly ready to go to war with Russia over territory dispute between Russia and Ukraine, then it’s for the best that Ukraine not join NATO. I don’t want to see a huge war break out anywhere in the world. So I think it’s the safest bet. I do feel bad for the Ukrainian people who may not feel safe and secure without an official NATO alliance. I think NATO countries should accept Ukrainian citizens so the people who want to get out have that option, I feel the same way about people who want to get out of Hong Kong or Taiwan.
