In order to cope with this, I have to go 'no contact', which means I have no family. My family is packed full with narcissists. As the scapegoat, they have won, unfortunately... they have successfully beat me down, and now I have nothing. I am hated because I exist. My mere existence is a problem, especially for my narc brother. Devasting.

It’s really not ok for me to like a female Instagram influencers photo! But fine for her to walk down the street in front of me encouraging a man to attempt to hold her hand. Even message him about meeting up at his place! Even fine to lie about it when found out and deny it happened. Terrified of abandonment if you go home after an argument but fine to leave you in the silent treatment and abandon you.

I've found that, as an older person on your channel, many times the older ones have their eyes on some form of inheritance. When you're digging deep into this, especially with an older parent, consider everything. Anything and everything that could explain their irrational behavior. These people have an amazing ability to plan well into the future. My advice to anyone whos family of origin has turned you into their scapegoat, consider other reasons why they do it. Oh honey, Ill never respect my elders again. Many times that lie is to cover up a much bigger one that eventually does come to the light. But theyre family, right?
