No, this is a gross exaggeration of an Old Testament story - the Bible makes it very clear that when we die, it’s as if we are sleeping. The dead man knows nothing thinks Nothing feels nothing. And he will not again until the second coming of Christ or 1000 years after the second coming of Christ at the resurrection of the wicked that occurs right before God delivers final judgment to the sinful

According to the Bible, the Word of God, if you die without accepting Gods Son, Jesus, you "sleep" until the day of judgment. If you die accepting Gods Son, Jesus, you'll be in His presence.

I dont believe anyone is in Heaven or Hell yet, until the Day of Judgement. Souls are in Sheol awaiting that day.
