Verina vs Jianxin vs Baizhi! Who is Calcharo's best support?

Ok so as far as the numbers visible:

Calcharo with jianxin buff: he does a 4014 burst damage, followed by basic attacks (x5) that are each of 320 something, followed by a charged attack (death messanger) whoch deals around 2700 dmg.Echoes and plunge attacks in resonance liberation state damage around 1550. Total damage output around: 9990-10000

Calcharo with baizhi buff: he does a burst damage of 4140 same as jianxin, followed by basic attacks (x5) dealing around 350 damage followed up a charged attack dealing roughly around 3000 damage. Damage by echoes and plunge attacks in resoance liberation state around 2930
Total damage output: 11820

Calcharo with verina buff: he does the intial burst damage of 3970 followed by basic attacks (X5) around 670, charged attack damage is around 3750, echo damage and plunge attacks etc damage by calcharo in resonance liberation state is around 2700
Total damage output around = 13770

which is better? I really like jianxin and baizhi, in design and gameplay, Verina seems very boring to me... But people say that she is better, how does jianxin work as a healer? I like Baizhi but she is 4 stars... I would prefer to choose a 5 star character...

I use Calcharo with Spectro MC and Verina but everytime my Mc ends up dealing more dmg ;-;
Also, I have Jianxin and Verina but I don’t really know how well they would go with Calcharo.
