I lost ALL of my BITCOIN & ETHEREUM in SECONDS! (Cold storage hacked)

It's never easy to lose money but it's harder when your hard earned money is taken away from you by a bad actor. I unfortunately made a critical mistake back in 2022 that led to ALL of my crypto being stolen from me in the matter of minutes. My advice to anyone is to spread your portfolio over 2 or more cold wallets, and only purchase from the official websites, as you rightly said.

Hey man, I've just discovered you and unfortunately it's through this video. I'm really sorry this happened to you. One tip I came across at the time of purchasing a Ledger, was to immediately reset the device at the setup process. By doing so, this generates a whole new list of phrases. The reason the devices are hacked out of the box is because the hackers already noted down the phrases before shipping them out. Resetting straight away eradicates this. I hope you bounce back strong 💪🏽

I've been in crypto since 2017. Rule number one when it comes to hardware wallets is you never ever ever purchase them from a third party vendor on Amazon or eBay or any of those places. You always go direct to the manufacturer of the product and have it shipped directly to you from them. Which I'm sure you're well aware of now. Sorry you lost your stuff man that really sucks. Securing your crypto is mucho importante and there are a lot of scammers out there wanting to take your shit from you
