The differences about this and the game/comic is that Aquaman, Green Lantern and Shazam got their mind straight and leave the justice league instead of joining Superman Regime even though the Flash died which is sad and disappointing while in the game/comic they join the Superman Regime out of fear or that they lost their perspective.

Personally I got agree with Batman and Aquaman there's a difference between Justice and when Wonder woman and Superman want to do what they want to do it sounds like the almost want to control everything and you can't do that especially if you're someone who has it also if you have trouble deciding if you're becoming a tyrant or not you should ask to be someone who enforces the rules who won't become a tyrant cuz if they become a tyrant then they're no better than the person they were trying to fight against.
