Shouldn't the value of the inverse matrix at row 2 column 3 be -7/54 if we multiply our inverse of -1/54 with 7 ?

Hi what if the matrix is not invertible ? And it is determinant equal to zero ? How we can solve this system please ?

now hold on a minute, when I did my calculations, the middle element is -13, not +13, how come your calculator made it a +13?
